OH Elektronik AB (OHE) processes personal data for employees, suppliers, customers, and other users of services. We respect each person’s privacy and comply with applicable laws that aim to protect you as an individual.
OHE is the data controller with respect to the services. Personal data refers to all information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual.
We strive to maintain a high level of protection for personal privacy and primarily use personal data to administer, provide, develop, and maintain our services. By providing your personal data to us and accepting the applicable terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with each service and our privacy policy.
Changes to our privacy policy will be communicated by publishing the new terms on the OHE website, and we recommend that you regularly review them.
OHE collects and processes your personal data, i.e., information that can identify you as an individual or that can be used to identify you, only if permitted by law. Collection and processing may occur when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, enter into agreements, etc. If consent is required by law, we will obtain it from you.
We only collect personal data that is relevant to the purposes described in the specific terms for each service and in our privacy policy. The information we collect includes, for example, details such as name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, payments, employment, emergency contacts, etc. Our primary purpose for collecting and processing personal data is so that OHE can fulfill its obligations under the agreement and improve the experience for you as an individual. OHE uses personal data to administer, provide, develop, and maintain the services. You have the right at any time and at no cost to request that OHE does not process your personal data for marketing purposes.
OHE stores personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws. OHE may disclose your data to third parties such as the police or other authorities if it relates to a criminal investigation or if OHE is otherwise required to disclose such information by law or an official decision.
OHE has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access. We continuously adjust our security measures to keep up with technological developments. OHE deletes or anonymizes personal data when the purpose for processing no longer exists, in accordance with applicable laws.
Our services may contain links to other applications and/or websites that are not controlled by OHE. We are not responsible for the content of linked applications/websites or the processing that may be carried out by the owners or operators of those linked websites.
OHE may collect information through cookies on our digital services. Cookies are simple text files stored on your computer or mobile device by a website's server. They contain anonymous information such as a unique identifier and the name of the website. You can read how to clear, block, and manage cookies under the help function in your browser. If you choose to block cookies, it may result in some parts of the website being unavailable or not functioning properly.
If your personal data changes, we ask that you inform OHE via email. OHE will, upon your request or if OHE discovers it, correct or delete inaccurate or incomplete information. You also have the right, at no charge, to receive a report showing what personal data about you is being processed. Requests must be made in writing to the contact address.
The letter should include your name, postal address, phone number, email address (used in communication with OHE), and a copy of your ID card. The report will be sent to your registered address. You may withdraw your consent to further processing of your personal data (not retroactively) by contacting OHE at the address provided in section 9. OHE will prevent such information from further processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect information that can be processed without consent, i.e., where we have a legal basis.
If we sell, reorganize, or otherwise transfer all or part of our business, your personal data may be transferred as well.
